We must have an official copy of your purchase order on file to invoice an order.

The purchase order must have an authorized signature, unsigned purchase orders will not be accepted.

Any order under $150.00 will require prepayment by credit card.

Our payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice.

Political Candidates or Political Organizations:

Certified Bank Check or Money Order with your order.

Campaign Check with your order - Requires additional time for bank processing.

Late Payments - Are subject to legal action in accordance with the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

All credit card and debit card transactions are completed before an order is placed into production.

Shipping Charge - Freight & shipping charges will be added to your order. If you are prepaying your order, call us for the freight or shipping charges. If you are paying by credit card or debit card, shipping charges will be added to your total. All other accounts will have the freight or shipping charge added to your invoice. If you would like to know the charge is advance please call us. Orders we confirm by fax or email will have the freight or shipping charge listed.
